Sundays at LMBC

"Good Morning!"

A friendly face will greet you at each of our entrances. They will be glad to answer your questions and get you pointed to someone that can further assist you and get you to the right place.

Guest Services

Guest Services is located in our front foyer to the left. You can get additional information there that will help you find the nursery, where to take your kids, and other information about LMBC.

What is the make-up of LMBC?

Typically about 90-120 people gather for our 8:45 am worship service  and 190-300 for our 10:45am service on a given Sunday. We have many children, youth, college students, young adults and adults in all places in life. Services are typically 50 to an hour in length. Almost everyone can find a place at LMBC.

What time should I arrive?

Our worship services begin at 8:45 and 10:45am, so 15 minutes early is plenty of time to park and get settled before the service begins.

What about my kids?

For children from birth - age 2, a nursery is available for all regularly scheduled services. In addition, there are Children's Chapels for ages 2&3, ages 4 - Kindergarten, and 1st through 4th grade during morning services. Chapels begin at 8:45 and 10:45am. You may check your children in  and drop them  off at their classrooms and pick them up at the conclusion of the worship service.

Music

From traditional and modern arrangements of classic hymns to contemporary praise and worship songs, our services consist of a variety of music styles. Our worship pastor, praise team and choir will lead you in a time of worship and praise that uplifts and exalts the name of Jesus Christ.

Teaching

You’ll typically hear a message from our pastoral staff or guest speaker. We'll look at a passage in the Bible, and theyr will explain its meaning and apply it to today’s culture and our lives. The messages are usually 30 minutes.

Prayer

You’ll notice that we pray throughout the service. We believe that God knows us and wants us to be in a relationship, communicating with Him. You don’t need to know any words or creeds before coming to church. Someone will lead the prayers and you can pray along or just listen.

Offering

An offering is received during our service as an additional opportunity for worship. We give to God as an expression of gratitude for all He has given us. The offering is primarily directed toward people:

-who believe that Jesus is their Savior and Lord.

-who call LMBC their church home.

Guest can freely give if they feel so led, but we believe it is the responsibility of our church membership to support the ministries of LMBC.

Small Group Bible Studies

Our Sunday morning Bible studies begin at 9:45 and we have a class for every age group. This is a great way to learn and apply God's word to your life and meet new people.
